Chef Christof grew up in his fathers kitchen. His way of showing his love & passion was through the food he cooked. Everything tasted & smelled so yummy. When Bob, my business partner & founder, initially approached me about Popolo Red’s Cold Cut Pizza, he asked me to put my passion & love into the product. Developing Popolo Red’s Tomato Sauce was easy. I wanted it to be special. Full of flavor, love & passion. It was also important to me was to give it a littl’ Texas flair.
